Deposit Policy

We require deposits in order to ensure our artists time that is scheduled and reserved for you. Last minute cancellations impact our artists significantly since most appointments are reserved for a full day and can not be easily filled without adequate notice.

Deposits are non refundable. They are applied to the cost of your tattoo. If the tattoo is multiple sessions the deposit will be applied to your final session.

Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit. This allows the artist to be compensated for drawing time and the loss of income for the day. Please email your artist in the event that you must cancel or reschedule.

Arriving more than 15 mins late to your appointment may result in the cancellation and/or forfeiture of your deposit.

*You may retain your deposit if your appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

We offer one chance to reschedule and keep your deposit on file. If you reschedule more than once you will need to leave another deposit in order to schedule again. Deposits will be kept on file for 12 months beginning on the date the deposit was made and forfeited if the appointment is not rescheduled within 12 months of original deposit payment date.

Each artist is individually responsible for their own deposits on file. Our artists are Independent Contractors, not employees, and process payments into their own business accounts. Ransom Enterprises is not responsible for repayment or compensation of deposits owed to any guests other than those on file with Carlos or Andiy Ransom.
