Established in 2012, Abraxas Tattoo is owned and operated by Carlos and Andiy Ransom.
Located in downtown Lawrence, Abraxas Tattoo operates out of the historic Standard Mutual Life building at 123 W. 8th Street, Suite 102.
Metered street parking and free two-hour parking is available for guests of the shop.
After over a decade of operating as a fully private studio, Carlos and Andiy expanded their concept and family business to include a variety of seasoned and new local artists.
Appointments
Each artist schedules, communicates and confirms their own appointments. There is no receptionist.
All inquiries should be sent to individual artist’s email or through their unique booking forms and mediums.
Direct messages or texts to the artists’ personal accounts may not be answered.
Consultations are offered via email for Carlos.

Abraxas is open by appointment only. Carlos does not allow visitors during his sessions as he reserves full and partial days for private sessions. An artist is available to greet visitors and answer any questions about booking.

If you require modified accommodations for health or physical limitations, just let your artist know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our location offers an elevator for accessible entrance.
